The latest crop circle that has all the crop circle world abuzz is shown above. It’s about 300 feet long, found July 4, 2011 in Honey Street field near Alton Barnes, Wiltshire, England. The crop circle appears to be another complex structure depicting the mathematical number Pi – and all the way out to 10 decimals!

The first crop circle depicting Pi, was also in the same area, from June 8, 2008 (see photos above). It was cast as the most complex crop circle ever found. It also was a pictorial representation of the math symbol Pi out to ten decimal places – accurately. It was heralded as astonishing, mind-boggling, and incredible.
Well, I love crop circles, and I know that some are actually genuine crop circles that are not man made. But I find it hard to believe that aliens are making pictures in fields showing us that they know math pretty well. They have inter stellar space flight capability for god’s sake – them knowing Pi would be obvious. They don’t need to tell us they know math. We get it.
I am confident that these two crop circles are man made. Isn’t that your first gut feeling as well? Someone out there likes math and wanted to astonish the world with a really complex crop circle. So they created these for all to see and ooh and awe over. As I have found in crop circle research, the more simple ones are the REAL ones, not the complex ones.
The formations are quite cool to see. Very pleasing to look upon them from the air. It would be great if these were genuine, but I fear these are hoaxes – nothing but man made formations. And again, I question the fact that most crop circles are found in England. Why England? Do they have the market on crop circles for some reason? I guess I’m skeptical a little bit when it comes to crop circles. Some are truly remarkable and very genuine. And that’s why studying crop circles is truly a valuable science to weed out the hoaxed ones and get down to the real ones and get some answers. Are the genuine crop circles a sign from beings from some other place communicating with us?
But these are clearly man made until proven wrong.

WAKE UP ALL THAT SLUMBER,THE PI ISSUE AND THE BINARY CODES ETC THAT ARE EVENTUATING VIA CROP CIRCLE ARE “YES” THE WORK OF ULTRA-INTELLIGENT MINDS,BUT THEY ARE BEING CONDESCENDING TOWARD US, LETTING US KNOW JUST HOW PRIMAL WE REALLY ARE,AND THAT THE COMING GRAND DELUSION IS GOING TO BE A WALK IN THE PARK.
i cant see anyone creating a circle that precise overnight , leaving no path marks. plus, to gradually build up to this level of math , if the intention was to attract human interest, not so much brag about how much math they know , could this possibly be a way of telling us that hey, some of the ets are interested in natural relationships in the universe, and not so much about abductions and butt probes. what makes you think they travel inter stellar ? sure its possible, but unproven. but what’s proven is no evidence of manmade impressions(from what i see in the pic) and possibly, because i didn’t check or read about, but is this another example of unexplained grass bending with microwaved nodules at the bends? as far as simple crop formations being the real ones , hey , if you can make pi hit 10 different reference points , whats so amazing about simple stuff. i’ve been interested in crop circles for 20 years and it seems to me that there has been a gradual buildup in complexities of the designs over the years. plus the fact that they appear mostly in cereal type grain, could this possibly be a way of telling us hey, eating good leads to smarter minds . who knows yeah ? and i think its great you let people come aboard your page here and discuss such esoteric subjects. great format and i enjoyed reading your blog and the pics . one other note, saw a show on circles about 15 years ago and had a book on the same formation that had 3/ 180 degree archs in the design in different positions but same size. sort of a dumbbell shape of the design, and in the center of each of the three archs were found by metal detectors three different circular pieces of 1)gold, 2)silver,3)and bronze, all of which were around 5 inches wide and about 2 inches thick. when they analized the pieces found, and on the show they showed a scientist in a lab suit,(guess that means authentic scientist) he said that the metals were so pure that we as humans didnt know how to even smelt metals that pure. and on top of each of the pieces was a stamp of the crop design itself. to be a hoax and leave that much pure gold, silver, and bronze, in the hope that maybe someone would discover it , i mean at whatever the value of such pure examples, i’ve always wondered what had become of those samples because i’ve never see a show or read an article about it ever since. once again , fun reading and i hope i didn’t bore you too much.
We have no idea how an alien mind might work, especially one which is advanced. We don’t even know the thought processes of our pets. It may be that they are trying varous mathematical and harmonic bases to try and work out how much we know or how we think.
Most men and women haven’t yet been able to figure out how the other sex’s thoughts get from A to B. So when we cross species it is harder still and then getting to understand a life form which doesn’t even require the same gases and nutrition, then we really are stretching our minds into another mental dimension.
Malcolm, I agree we cant figure women out. I even bought a book entitled THE FEMALE BRAIN, written by a woman doctor no less. It was claimed to explain how a womans mind works. Thought Id get the upper hand at last. Well read it through two times and Im still stumped. I guess there is just no explaining it….. Even Stephen Hawkings said his greatest mystery was the female mind. HA, and no offense to any women reading this, we are just trying to figure U out……. Good luck with that…

Nobody has yet been able to create a crop circle with all of the features found in genuine circles in the short time – sometimes only a few minutes – that it takes to form them.
The ‘Pioneer Plaques’ placed on board the 1972 and 1973 spacecraft also had simple diagrams. It is the manner in which we would expect early contact.
However the humming lights sound more like some kind of Laboratory probe from a much larger dimension. – Something like one might find in a scientific laboratory where tiny micro-organisms are being studied.
Mlacom, thanks for the reading suggestion. I have heard that book before from others that say its a great book. I guess I need to read it. The supposed crop circle makers haven’t been able to duplicate the “real” crop circles to their fullest as of yet. So I know that many crop circles are flat out hoaxes – but there are some real crop circles going on. Who or what is making them is the mystery. And it is true that a simple form of communication would be expected with our first contact. But I’m not sure crop circles are quite there yet. Seems like a more advanced society would make it clearer that it is actually contact from them – without any doubt. But we don’t see this. Still puzzled.
I kind of have a theory, since we have proven the fact our DNA has been spliced, we are a less comprehending alien. The samarians were the fist culture that the aliens built using their knowledge they taught us about our solar system and one of the things that was need to know about our solar system was the calculation of pie. this one is easy compared to the list of other crop circles that we are not able to decipher
