I happened to be browsing the internet one day, and came upon one of the websites for Ron Paul, Daily Paul. He had a short paragraph about weather modification and a link he insisted everyone should read.
So I clicked the link and up popped a PDF file, that was 35 pages long. If you don’t believe that weather warfare is happening, go to the link below and get your mind blown. If you don’t believe now, you will after you read this.
It begins with a memo from Andrea Psoras dated May 5, 2008, who is from QED International to the Secretary of the Commodities Future Trading Commission. This was published on the CFTC Website.
Below is a link to this incredible memo. I’m not sure if it is real or faked, but it does have all the “stamps” on it showing when received at the departments, that you see from government documents. Also included are comments on the subject.

The gist of this memo is this:
Commodities are traded every day on the stock markets all over the world. Insurance companies insure for “events” that protect these commodities as well as property. These “event” contracts are also traded on the stock market.
At the present time, insurance companies provide compensation in the event that some catastrophe happens, like mother nature.
So the question is, according to this memo, “Should insurance companies be liable for the “weather manipulation” events that occur that is covered under insurance policies?” Basically, the insurance industry wants the term “natural event” to be completely redefined to mean “only natural events” and leave out any “weather manipulation/modification or earth shaking events” from the policies. The insurance companies don’t want to be liable for providing compensation for what the government, military, and intelligence agencies are creating with the weather weapons, like HAARP.
They site a report from August 1996, to the Air Force, that the government wants to rule the weather by 2025. So if a particular tornado, earthquake, hurricane, or flooding is found to NOT BE A NATURAL event, then the insurance companies don’t want to pay for it – and want that defined in the policies. I don’t blame them.
The memo goes on to list the areas of weather modification:
- Fog – creating fog by means of cloud seeding, dispersal techniques, and chemtrails
- Precipitation – creating precipitation by means of lasers and using nanotechnology
- Storms – creating and controlling storms by means of creating heat in atmosphere, storm cell triggering, and lightning modification
- Space-Weather Modification – through controlling the ionosphere using chemical vapors, heating the electromagnetic radiation, x-rays, particle beams, and radiation beams
Please read the document. It will open your eyes to exactly what is going on around us everyday right under our noses. They even have diagrams showing the system of going about modifying our weather.
I’m not a fan of conspiracy theories very often, but this one I know is happening. I have myself taken photos of chemtrails over my house several times. See a few of my photos above. This is one thing that is actually real – but I hate to admit it, I kind of agree with this one. Is it really that bad to be able to modify the weather where we need it? I don’t see anything wrong with being able to make it rain somewhere that is in a drought or a place that is growing our food supply. The only thing that I disagree with is if this technology is used for destruction instead – which many believe is happening right now.
You have to remember, that other COUNTRIES have blamed the United States for creating destructive weather in their country. They have blamed us for causing earthquakes. They have blamed us for causing tsunamis. I’m not the one spreading this. And also remember that there are, so far, THREE weather modification programs in the world – not just here in the U.S. And more countries are jumping on the band wagon to their own weather modifiers, like China. This truly could begin a weather war in the world. It is stupid. Why can’t we just all get along and use this technology for good and not destruction to show who has the bigger balls?
The boys need to grow up!
