I’ve been intrigued by the momentum of the theories regarding secret underground military bases. Especially the ones that claim that aliens and humans are jointly controlling and making these underground facilities. (image courtesy forteanswest.com)
The most notable of these bases is Dulce Air Force Base located in New Mexico. it has long been rumored to have at least 7 levels, and described as a joint alien-human secret base, mainly for biogenetic experiments carried out by both aliens and humans.
I have some questions that keep popping up in my brain as I research Dulce, and other underground and underwater bases. I am a logical thinker, and everything must make sense before I jump on the bandwagon.
The question whether or not the government is creating secret underground bases is not at question. The government has already revealed that they are indeed making underground bases for the purpose of COG, Continuity of Government. A report in an August 7, 1989 edition of ‘US News & World Report“’ revealed the secret plan as an insurance policy should “Armageddon” ever actually occur. And the conspiracy theorists came out claiming that the government actually believed that our government actually feared that maybe December 21, 2012 would actually have some incident that they needed to prepare for. Or other doomsday scenarios like Sun flares, earthquakes, Yellowstone erupting, alien contact, etc.
But, Dulce AFB has a whole new perspective on conspiracy theories. As I research all the information out there on Dulce and the secret underground base and all the claims, I got to wondering. I do that a lot. If you read my blog, you’ll know that. (image courtesy u2.lege.net)
First, there are supposed to be over 128 secret underground bases already known. Bases are in New York, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Texas, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, California, North Carolina, and outside the US in Canada, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Australia and Portugal. And maybe more.
Okay, so that’s a lot of bases. And a lot of tunneling under our feet. The acronym for these secret bases is, get this, D.U.M.B., which stands for Deep Underground Military Bases. I like that. It fits out government to a tee. I couldn’t think of a better alphabet soup code for our government or military. Kudos to whoever thought that one up.
Anyway, let’s think about how many people work and/or supply these bases, just the ones here in the U.S. You would need thousands of people and hundreds of industries to support these bases. And I know that not all would know exactly what is going on at these bases, but come on – thousands of workers, maybe even in to the millions. You would need construction, engineers, biologists, scientists, office workers, accountants, inventory ordering and monitoring, food, janitors, doctors, military, guards, security, computer programmers, power companies, toilet paper, water pipes, and so on and so on. We are talking thousands of people who work at these bases. And not one of them, or even a couple of them have come forward to tell the world that horrible atrocities are being carried out there, and have been for decades? This is my first problem. How can our government contain that many people to keep their mouth shut for so long? Really?
My next problem is the claims of aliens. Okay, I believe strongly that there are other beings and life forms out there. We can’t possibly be the only life in the Universe. And I strongly believe that aliens have visited Earth before, and maybe still are. But claims at Dulce include alien races of greys, reptoids, insectoids, Nordic-looking aliens, and a Draconian race. All these races are living in the same base, on the same level (level #5) all together like a family? Please. I don’t believe that for a minute. It doesn’t make sense. Aliens should be far more advanced than we are. If they have the ability to travel inter-stellar space, then they are more advanced than we are – period. No discussion needed. So why are they living there in the base? Why not just leave or let themselves be known? Why do they need to sign treaties with us to harvest magnetic power? They could just take it if they wanted. They don’t NEED us for anything. So this doesn’t make sense to me.
Another bothersome thought that crosses my mind is the tunneling. There are 128 bases at least already. That’s a lot of hollow ground under us. Why haven’t any sink holes occurred? Why haven’t any earthquakes unearthed some of these? A few earthquakes, especially in California, should have the ceiling caving in. So this is another mystery question I have. Don’t get me wrong here, I would love to believe that we are in fact in contact with an alien race, even multiple races, and have been for sometime. And that our government was clever enough to make peaceful relations with them so they don’t wipe us out. But, even that thought, come to think of it, isn’t right either. Our government “clever”. Hmmm, I should just shut up about that one before I say something really mean.
One more problem I have, and it seems others are asking the same thing, is that there are only a few names associated with the “story” and “claims” at Dulce AFB and most of the other underground bases. Of course the first was Paul Bennewitz – starting around 1979. Then Myrna Hansen, then Tom Adams, then Ann West, and John Lear. Jason Bishop and Thomas E. Castillo are the names I’ have seen the most when researching underground bases. Also Gabe Valdez, Branton, Phil Schneider and Bill Moore. And that’s it. 13 people total. And most got their information from the person before them.
Thomas Castillo claims he worked at Dulce AFB as a security officer, and then left (escaped) with video, pictures and documents. And people are now questioning whether he ever even existed. Did he? Is he real? No one can find out. No one knows the guy. Know has come forward and spoken up about how they know him or interviewed him. He then disappears.
Gabe Valdez also claims to have witnessed a lot at Dulce, as he lived only 13 miles from the base and was a state officer of New Mexico who was in charge of the Dulce area. Has anyone verified this? Are his claims legitimate? I can’t take his word only as gospel. I need proof, evidence, something than just a story.
Phil Schneider lectured about Dulce, trying to spread the word of what is really going on at Dulce, then he was murdered – along with his family. Has anyone verified this? Or did he commit suicide? I know that the government can make a lot of things “appear” to have happened and can even wipe out someone’s existence on paper. A lot like what happened to Bob Lazar when he talked about Area 51/Groom Lake. Schneider claimed to have been an ex-engineer that help build the Dulce facility. Has this been verified? I can’t imagine that these people actually did what they did and said about Dulce or any underground base without being whacked first. Why would the government let Phil Schneider do lectures to the public on what Dulce is doing? Why would they wait for him to tell anyone? They would have killed him before he got a word out of his mouth. They can track everyone, and they do. They listen to us, bug us, video us, they know everything about us. This again doesn’t make sense. But there are people who have written books about underground bases and alien bases. So it is out there. But why doesn’t the government have them killed as well? Why kill some and not others? It’s the same story being told by all. This bothers me as well.
So there are my questions. Things that bother me about the claims of joint alien-human secret underground military bases. Maybe this is all true, then we may be in trouble if so. But the claims are absolutely fantastic. Aliens, hollow earth theories, flash guns, magnetic technology, 10 foot aliens, little gray workers, genetic cross-breeding, genetic experiments, hybrids, ufo spacecraft parts, spaceships, sonic weapons, thousands of mutations, thousands in cold storage, and on and on.
It’s too fantastic of a story. Our government couldn’t possibly pull this off. Over a hundred bases, aliens cooperating with us, not one single screw up or document leaked (verified)! Until I have my doubts put to rest, like seeing it for myself, I will just keep reading the stories and watching the videos and see how it grows and grows. And just wait until 12-21-2012, when all hell breaks loose. It won’t matter then anyway.
Does anyone else think that the Dulce AFB alien-human underground base sounds a little too fantastic? Don’t you have some doubts about this story as well? Am I way off base here? Let me know your thoughts!

i believe this because my granfather was abducted, my uncle explored outside archuleta mountain and i witnessmany paranormal things here. i grew up here in this small native tribe and if you come here to dulce new mexico during the summmer when it is most active you will see and hear many other creatures as well…

I actually live here Dulce,New mexicoandi would like to say there are deffintely aliens here and i seen one myself a UfO flew over my house! i was raised here and grew up hearing all these stories on bigfoot, lakemonsters, skinwalkers, shapeshifters, ghost, aliens, goatman, and ect. new mexico is defintitely called “the land of enchantment” for a reason because many mysterious things happens here,if you dont belive me come here and see for your self during the summer!
The photo of “Dulce Base” is the BHP Billiton coal mine WEST of Farmington, NM. It’s nowhere near Dulce. The mine supplies coal to the San Juan Generating Plant. Underground base….what a joke…

I could add to the variuos shuttle hall pictures if i would like to, as they are blurry shots of the subway system in Stockholm, Sweden where i live. The supposedly Alien text Tensta is a suburb slighly to the North of Stockholm. Swedish and Swedes may be strange but i do not consider us an Alien race. It stands to some reason to think that if some are fake maybe the rest is at least Suspicious.

As far as the absurd rumormongerers are concerned ; they know they are fabricating untruths.
They generally do it for financial gains or publicity , and some of them are psychotics. They write a book and then become speakers at UFO conferences. I have attended a few of those conferences and I have walked away shaking my head !!!!!! It’s always the same guest speakers who have something new and exciting to declare to the gullible. The individuals who put forth extraordinary rumors are never able to back up their rumors with any CONCRETE evidence. Not a single one of these well known individuals has ever produced any acceptable evidence for aliens living on our planet, or crashing on earth.

As far as actual ALIENS working in conjunction with U.S. government personell , I would assign that to be a definte SENSELESS rumor.
If one knows even some basic modern Astronomy they can check on the information that the nearest star is Alpha Centauri which is actually a binary star system ( two stars revolving about a common center of gravity). This star system is approximately 4.5 light years away from our sun.
The chances of a planet existing which could support intelligent life in a binary star system are VERY SLIM indeed. The next closest star is so far away , that you need an adding machine to determine the distance!!
Alpah Centauri is the closest star system . If aliens were able to travel even from this closest star system, at only three quarters of the speed of light in their spaeceship, ( light travels at 186.000 miles per second- do the math !); it would still take them 70,000 years for a return trip. UfO’s have been sighted by millions of individuals . On the average a UFO is seen every seven minutes somewhere around our world.
Any so called aliens which have supposedly been seen and even contacted by people apparently can speak fluently many earth languages; they dont seem to need any protective clothing in our atmosphere; they can breathe our air, they have no physical problems with our gravity or with our varying weather conditions etc, etc.

Why would such advanced beings even need to hide in manmade caves ? Why would they even bother contacting average earthlings to give them the same message? Archuleta Mesa is a solid chunk of rock outcropping actually located in Colorado. The Jicarillo Apaches know that. Geological surveys are avaiable for you to determine that for yourself.
UFOS do exist but they are not made on a different planet.

I agree with proud2liveindulce with the suspicious death of Gabe Valdez. He was always in good shape and last my family saw he looked in very great health. Plus he always stopped by for little beaver at my family’s Place in dulce and would say stories of cattle mutilations which were verified by multiple photos mr Valdez had. But the most suspicious part of his death is Two days before he died he started an interview with satellite radios on the alien base and alien activity in dulce. One part can be found on iTunes and is about an hour long. But others have been removed from the net. I have been unable to find the links anymore but the iTunes interview which was done three days before his death is there.
It’s funny you mention gabe Valdez he was a great friend of our families till he died suspiciously of “heart problems” one of the most fit old men I ever knew with “heart problems.” not only that many of our officers have seen lights going across the sky from and to the Mesa. Its a believe it or not theory. But how do we really know. And the person that labeled himself Anomymous. Then how were the cows multilated. Explain that. That was weird. Some of my friends that live in Dulce told me there are lights up on the mountains only, no where else. And why are people indoors after the sun goes down. Its like a ghost town at night. I admit some of your skepticism is warranted. Where is all this documentation supposedly smuggled out of there that John Lear states he saw? Where are all the photos of the black helicopters and UFO’s around the mesa? Why wouldn’t the witnesses that were on UFO hunters take them to the area that had definitive proof? If they were afraid of getting murdered they should not have revealed there identity to the public? They could have took the UFO hunters to the spot in disguise even from the hunters themselves. They only photos I remember seeing even related to the base were the ones of the so called deformed cow. Deformed cows happen all the time from one illness or another. Why didn’t they get samples to take for DNA analysis?
Now to statements in support of this story. Area 51 employes hundreds if not thousands of military and civilians. They also need thousands of support people to maintain the infrastructure in and off the base. Very few if any of them have come forward with the operations there. So it is plausable that the people associated with Dulce did the same thing. What about the facility at Greenbriar West Virginia. This was kept silent for 20 plus years. I’m sure some of the civilians actually employeed there knew about it for years but didn’t disclose it. The best way for something to stay hidden is hide in plain sight. Some truth to rumors and urban legends are based on facts and true stories. I think the Dulce base stories are plausible.
You make sense. I’ve had the same questions about Dulce. I have always wanted to investigate Dulce in person. What I have seen on UFO Hunters about Dulce didn’t really give me much info. I do believe there is Military activity going on in the area but what type I don’t know. I do know there is an Old Military facility in the area that is not operational. I am looking for a partner to check out places like Dulce, Green River, UT, Area 51, and so on. To document, and video these areas of interest, and give real info to the public. I’m so sick of the short videos with no real info. They leave you wanting to know more, and see more.
Watcher, thanks for the comment. I’m glad someone has the same questions I do about Dulce. I too have always dreamed about going to some of these places I write about and hear about and investigate them myself. Especially Area 51, Dulce, Stonehenge, and so forth. Mysterious places and the stories that come out about them are so intriguing. I hope you get the chance to investigate them. If you do, let me know. I would love to showcase your findings and let the public know what is really going on, even if mundane. We know the government is hiding things from us, and what exactly they are hiding us unknown, but theories can be outlandish. So anyone that can investigate and find out anything would be helpful in proving some theories. Good luck!
What do you wish to know? I live in Dulce all my life. I have never seen the infamous UFO base, but I wont denigh seeing “strange objects time to time.” Milarty personnel are seen time to time, but not often enough to rase suspistion. Even so, the Archulata Mesa where the base is supposily located is not even in the same state as Dulce. Dulce is located in New Mexico. The Mesa itself is located in Colorado. We do have access to it, but there is not a lot to find. We have more stories dealing with “stange animals and/or ghost” rather than UFO or alien activity.
